மாம்பழ ப்ரூட்டி
தேவையான பொருட்கள்

அல்போன்சா மாம்பழம் - 1 பெரிய கிண்ணம் (3)
மாங்காய் - 1 கப்
சர்க்கரை - 1 கப் (250 மி.லி)
தண்ணீர் - 1 லிட்டர்

செய்முறை:
1. மாம்பழத்தை தோல் நீக்கி சிறு சிறு துண்டுகளாக நறுக்கிக்கொள்ளவும்.
2. மாங்காயை தோல் நீக்கி சிறு சிறு துண்டுகளாக நறுக்கிக்கொள்ளவும்.
3. ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் நறுக்கிய மாம்பழம், மாங்காய், சர்க்கரை, தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து மிதமான தீயில் 15 நிமிடம் வேகவிடவும்.
4. பின்பு வடிகட்டி நன்கு ஆறவிடவும்.
5. பிறகு வேகவைத்த மாம்பழத்தை விழுதாக அரைத்து கொள்ளவும்.
6. பின்பு மாம்பழம் வேகவைத்த தண்ணீரில் அரைத்த மாம்பழ விழுதை சேர்த்து கலந்துவிடவும்.
7. பிறகு மறுபடியும் கலந்த வைத்த மாம்பழ கலவையை வடிகட்டி, பின்பு பரிமாறவும்.
8. அருமையான மாம்பழ ப்ரூட்டி தயார்!
