Ingredients
- Beef rib bones1 lb
- Turmeric Powder1/4 Teaspoons
- Cumin Powder1 Teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper2 Teaspoons
- Salt1 Tablespoons
Preparation mode
- Wash the beef rib pieces well and let it dry
- Grind the cumin and black pepper together.Marinate the rib pieces with the ground ingredients, turmeric powder and salt
- After an hour boil them in a large cooking dish adding 1 cup of water, closing with the lid, on high till the meat is tender
- There should be little water left once the meat is cooked. If you find there is no water then add at least ¼ cup water and boil for a minute
- In another frying pan pour 3 tbsp of oil and add 1/4 tsp fennil powder and fry lightly
- Add the cooked beef pieces and mix well
- Reduce the heat to low and let it fry mixing it often till the gravy thickens. Remove from heat and serve hot.
